2. THEMED PROGRAMME PACKAGES:

All programmes follow the same format in terms of number of consultations offered, contact hours and cost. Their specific profiles determine the focus and objectives to be achieved. Each package spreads over 4 months and includes 4 consultations (90 minutes – Initial, 60 minutes – one every month), and three 30 minute check ups – on a fortnightly basis in between the 60 minute monthly consultations.

WEIGHT RESET

This programme includes checking and optimising all aspects of your metabolism, diet, mindset, and lifestyle impacting your weight, including epigenetic factors.

This programme includes assessment of your current stress resilience, factors that have been impacting it to date (be it past traumas, belief & thought patterns, physiology & biochemistry), your current lifestyle habits, and guidance on balancing these. It excludes the cost of any external tests or supplements that may be required.

IMMUNE  RESET:

This programme is very relevant for everyone who has found life challenging recently. It aims to balance your immunity after the challenges of the last few years and bring it to a state of optimum competence. It includes assessment of your current viral, bacteria, parasitic, fungal and toxic load, immune system scan, and offers tools to address these findings.
